PPMA Board of Directors

  • The PPMA is directed by a volunteer board made up of nine members including a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and six directors. Each board member is elected to a three-year term. Current members of the PPMA Board of Directors include:

PPMA Staff

  • PPMA Executive Director - Dick Kendall.
    • Dick has worked in the human resources profession for over 25 years.
    • Prior to joining PPMA, Dick was Human Resource Director for 14 years at Duralam, Inc. (now Curwood), a flexible packaging manufacturer located in Appleton, WI.
    • Earlier in his career he worked for Thilmany Pulp and Paper Company (International Paper - Kaukauna, WI) in the human resources and marketing research departments.
    • Dick has conducted training and public speaking for businesses in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the areas of team development, attitude maintenance, supervisory development, employee retention, and delivering extra-ordinary customer service.
    • He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
    • Dick has served as alderman on the City Council for Appleton, WI; he is a graduate of the Leadership Fox Cities program, the Citizen's Law Enforcement Academy, and the Institute for Political Training.
